Mechanisms of regulation of interpersonal
conflicts
of students of a technical college

The problem of the conflict has taken a stable place
in a number of the most actual problems of a psychological science. An increasing
variety and prevalence of conflicts, their practical universality involve
in conflict actions of representatives of all groups of the population, including
youth and students. The conflict ness of youth society in modern Russia -
a special theme, which urgency became obvious now. Such conflicts if they
will stay outside of a field of vision, can not only worsen state of health
of students, create feeling of a dissatisfaction with study, but also affect
efficiency of acquiring professional skills.
A recognition of the conflict as the integral property of the youth society
predetermined by all public life, by right can be considered a significant
step in sphere of scientific idea. But are there any opportunities of the
constructive and successful resolution of the conflict? Psychologists consider
the conflict as the natural phenomenon "a condition of norm". Proceeding
from these positions, conflicts cannot be resolved, and it is necessary to
speak about their regulation, and psychological mechanisms of social perception
can play the important role in minimization of conflicts among students of
a technical college and also in their regulation.
