Some features of use of neural networks for the decision of applied problems are considered. The brief description of techniques is given. The formalized description of techniques on the basis of formal languages and grammars is offered. The formalized description simplifies use of neural networks by beginning users. Use of the formalized technologies in educational process is shown.
